3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation (order confirmation by email).

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated are final prices and include the statutory German value added tax of 19%. Shipping costs will be shown separately during checkout.

5. Payment

Payment is processed via Shopify Payments and the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

All items are produced individually on demand by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Delivery times may therefore vary depending on the product and destination.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights for defects apply.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Our separate withdrawal instructions apply to consumers.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
